Can I download the Upgrade package found on the download site?

Our upgrade packages are always to upgrade from the version before. For instance, the upgrade package for 1.6.2 will only upgrade 1.6.1. If you are jumping multiple versions, you generally can just download the latest full package, backup your current set up, overwrite your current files with those found in the package and run the SQL updates.
